I have now been hosting retreats in West Monroe for 10 years. Women from all over the country come to Louisiana for a weekend of personal growth, camaraderie and a huge shift in personal awareness. All of the content is supported by art projects to encourage the right side of the brain to get as active as the left!! We have explored topics such as values, generosity, family, health, personal growth, finances, unleveled thinking and gratitude. Projects we have made included mixed media canvases, art journals, heavy bodied painting, necklaces as talismans, jewelry projects, clay pendants and using recycled materials in our art.
